Small Groups

"Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching." ~ Hebrews 10:25

In a church made up of thousands of people, sometimes it's hard to know anyone. Our proximity to other believers is irrelevant if we are not in true spiritual fellowship with one another. I therefore encourage everyone to join a small group to spur one another on toward love and good deeds.

You need to be in a small group. You need to be with people who will exhort you day after day. Hebrews 3:13 But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is called "Today," lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. We are all prone to drift from Truth. Unless we have people who are willing to get in our face, we will not be as strong as we could be. We need other believers to help us see the Truth about God when we cannot see the Truth ourselves, especially in those areas that are uncomfortable to us. Take the plunge. Pursue a small group for your own good and for God's glory.
