The Riverpark Bible Church Youth Ministry consists of...
Junior High & High School Ministries
Why do we exist as a youth ministry?
In a word (or two) -- TO P.A.R.T.Y!!!
Our youth ministry exists to teach students to:
PRAISE our great God -- "Love the Lord"
ATTACH to the local church --"baptizing them"
RESPOND in obedience to the Word -- "teaching them to obey"
TELL others the Good News -- "make disciples"
YIELD to one another out of love for Christ -- "Love your neighbor as yourself"
How do we biblically summarize our group's existence?
We believe that a great commitment to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission will grow a great youth group!
The Great Commandment: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."
Mark 12:30-31
The Great Commission:
Jesus said, "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."
Matthew 28:19-20
