 There are three choices of studies to pick from this year. Here is a bit of information on each to help you with your choice. Then you can click here to register online or go to the Women's Ministries section of the Information Booth at church Sunday to pick up a registration form...

  • Precept upon Precept...the study this fall/winter is the book of Daniel. This study is based entirely on the inductive study approach. This provides you with instructions and the tools for observing what the text really says, interpreting what it mewans and applying its principles to your life. What the skeleton is to the body, Daniel is to prophecy. Daniel, meaning "God is my judge", will become increasingly clear and mo0re exciting with every new observation and discovery. The people who know thie God will display strength and take actions. (large group setting withg lecture and video)
  • JOY of Living... JOY will offer a multi-book study of God's Word. The Fall semester will include the book of Esther and Jonah. JOY of Living Bible Studies endeavors to enrich people';s lives with the simple and pure truths of the Bible. Fellowship with other members is intended to nurture a concern for sharing with others and to help each other grow in discipleship. (small group sharing, prayer and lecture)
  • Walk with God in the Psalms by Nancy Leigh DeMoss... the goal of this study is notto simply "fill in the blanks" but to draw closer to God. Reading, studying, meditation on, memorizing, and praying through the Psalms will help tutor you in a lifestyle of prasie and worship. Set the habit of cultivation time alone with the Lord each day and cultivating intimacy with God. (small group sharing, prayer, lecture/video)
  • JOY Kids Ministry...this is a wonderful opportunity to work with our children as their mothers are able to spend time growing in God's Word. We pride ourselves on the fact that this is NOT simply childcare, but an opportunity not missed to have the children learn about God's Word, prayer, hymns, etc. The time is structured and yet tons of fun for the kids. Pray about taking a year or two (preferred) off of Bible study and instead invest in the lives of our children and God's kingdom. No experience necessary, as you will be trained.
