The Junior High Ministry serves as an extension of parents in the task of raising a generation of youth that is fully surrendered to Christ. In doing so, we seek to have Him praised and glorified in ALL that we do. Our goal is to truthfully preach the Word of God to all associated within the Junior High Ministry, believers and unbelievers.

Weekly Meetings & Activities

Sunday School - 9:00 am - 10:15 am

Includes time of worship music and Bible study. We are currently studying the book of Ephesians. We meet in the Family Center Rooms 202/203.

"Big Church" - 10:30 am - 11:45 am

Following Sunday School, many of the Junior High students sit together in the Worship Service on the north side of the sanctuary. 

Mondays: Evangelism Traing (E.T.) - Through November 16

Are you unsure about how to share your faith in Christ? Join with students and adults each Monday evening from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm (in the Upper Room) and learn a clear and concise method for sharing the Gospel! This class is led by Pastor Dave Parker. If Mondays don't work for you, check out other Evangelism Training opportunities.

Thursdays: Youth Group

6:30 pm-8:30 pm

Depending upon the time of the year and the month we have large group lessons, small group discussions, and/or special group activities (e.g. Video Scavenger Hunt, Bunko, etc.). We are currently looking at the effects of an idolatrous heart.

Spring Scripture Memorization Challenge

The time has come for another memorization challenge! This year's section is Ephesians 5:1-11. Due date: anytime before May 6. Students, parents, and leaders, we hope you will accept the challenge to deposit this passage into your memory banks! More details to come in regard to the celebration for all who accomplish this task. Please note that we am also looking to honor the respective girls and guys small group who has the most memorizers!
